We took Adagio Teas’ existing advent calendar – cumbersome, expensive, and time-consuming to assemble – and completely revamped it into something more interactive for an improved customer experience.
In the end, we simplified the design, resulting in a 45% reduction in assembly time and associated costs. We also reduced the overall volume of the calendar by half – from approximately 487 cubic inches to 230 cubic inches – which cut down on material costs by 36% and helped to significantly reduce the overall shipping costs of the product, particularly for large-scale orders.
