The Assembler ensures products are assembled according to customers specifications in a safe and timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Carefully inspect product against drawing prior to assembly to ensure accuracy
- Build, pack, and stack products according to customer specifications
- Lift/carry product weighing up to 50lbs
- Move materials/ finished products as necessary to facilitate proper flow
- Keep daily records
- Clean equipment and work area during and after shift
- Complete all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner
- Adhere to Company Policies and general safety practices
- Additional duties as assigned
Schedule
- First shift, Monday -Friday, 8 hours a day (Overtime when business permits)
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- 1-2 years of experience working in a similar role.
- Attention to detail
- Must be able to work independently as well as with others
- Proficiency with the English language
- Basic reading, listening, speaking and problem-solving skills
- Manual dexterity, physical strength, and ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Experience with hand tools (hammer, screwdriver, etc) and pallet Jack

Next Press Truck Drivers are responsible for working with the warehouse supervisor to achieve company goals. May be responsible for managing, organizing and retrieving stock, loading and unloading trucks and making deliveries with a focus on quality and customer service.
Role
Exceed customer expectations with quality on time delivery. This can be achieved through safe driving habits and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Work Monday through Friday with overtime available.
- Drive a 26’ straight job truck with air brakes following all local traffic laws.
- Perform general warehouse functions
- Help load/unload trucks
- Works with supervisor to achieve company goals
Requirements
- CDL not required, but preferred
- Must have a clean and valid driver’s license with MVR: No serious violations in the past 5 years, including, but not limited to: • Drug or Alcohol charges (including DUI/DWI) • Hit and Run • Failure to Report an Accident • Operating a motor vehicle during a period of license suspension or revocation • Reckless driving
- Must have a valid Medical Examiner’s Certificate
- Must have at least one-year driving experience or equivalent schooling.
- Must be able to pass a criminal and drug screening check.
- Must be comfortable communicating with customers.
- Must have Pallet Jack Experience.

The supply chain associate is responsible for account management for domestic customers who are using our Vendor Managed Inventory program; responsibilities include all aspects of inventory management for these accounts including establishing and monitoring stock levels, arranging deliveries, placing orders, and managing records; liaises directly with customers to ensure their needs are met.
Responsibilities
- Grow and build on current packaging business by introducing new products to fit customer needs
- Maintain and develop supplier relationships to attain mutually beneficial pricing structures
- Manage and maintain inventory levels in local, offsite, and international warehouses to consistently meet on time delivery schedules
- Develop Requests-For-Quotation (RFQ’s) from multiple suppliers
- Source new items and suppliers for new business and account growth
- Work closely with sales and design teams to develop new projects to meet customer needs
- Respond promptly and professionally to all customer inquiries via phone and email
- Work closely with customers and suppliers to ensure accurate, on time deliveries
- Place all orders in a timely manner and make sure that stock levels remain within established range
- Understand processes for inventory control for each customer, including ordering materials, scheduling deliveries, and billing
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 2-4 years equivalent experience
- Comfortable building and maintaining relationships with customers
- Strong computer and Microsoft Office knowledge (in particular, Excel)
- Exceptional ability to communicate both verbally and in written form
- Ability to prioritize duties and use time efficiently and effectively
- Previous experience in the packaging industry is very beneficial
